I’m Victor Lawrence, a former LA studio musician who played on hundreds of blockbuster movie scores, TV shows, and records. I learned my craft in the most demanding professional environments—where precision and consistency weren’t optional, they were required.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve distilled the core techniques that worked for me in the studio into a clear, teachable system for cello students of all levels.
Learning cello should never feel like a struggle. I’m confident that once you experience the joy of practicing with my techniques, you’ll find playing great cello repertoire incredibly fulfilling.
